Competition Terms & Conditions

Think Leverage Canva Brand Toolkit Competition
These Terms and Conditions govern the entry and participation in the Canva Brand Toolkit Competition (“Competition”) hosted by Think Leverage (“the Organiser”).

By entering, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Employees or immediate family members of Think Leverage are not eligible to enter.
The organisation or entity must be a legally registered company with proof of registration available on request.

2. Entry Requirements
All entries must be submitted via the official competition landing page.
Entrants must complete all required questions truthfully and to the best of their ability.
Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Entrants may nominate another organisation, but only one entry per person or organisation will be accepted.

3. Submission Deadline
All entries must be received by midnight on 4 July 2025.
Late entries will not be considered under any circumstances.

4. Prize Details
The winning organisation will receive the full Think Leverage Canva Brand Toolkit experience, including:

  • Phase 1: Brand Workshop (strategy, alignment, and clarity)

  • Phase 2: Brand World (verbal and visual identity creation)

  • Phase 3: Canva Toolkit (10 custom templates and full Canva setup)

  • Phase 4: Automation & Training (AI prompting, team training, and support)

  • Public feature across Think Leverage’s social and content platforms
     

Total prize value: R250,000+
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5. Selection Process
The winning organisation will be selected by a panel of Think Leverage team members based on:

  • Purpose and clarity of vision

  • Relevance and impact of their work

  • Demonstrated need for creative and brand support
     

The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 

6. Winner Announcement
The winner will be contacted via email and announced publicly on 1 August 2025.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
 

7. Project Timeline
The winning organisation must be available to begin the Brand Toolkit process within 30 days of being contacted, unless otherwise arranged.

Timelines for delivery will be agreed upon based on Think Leverage’s availability and scope of work.
The project must be concluded within a reasonable time frame (for example: Kickstart in August and completed by the end of September 2025) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

8. Canva Licence
The winning organisation must pay the annual Canva licence fee (currently estimated at R800 per year). Think Leverage is not responsible for covering this ongoing cost.

9. Design Revisions


The prize includes up to two design revisions to the recommended design route. Additional changes requested by the client may be subject to additional charges at Think Leverage’s discretion.

10. Imagery


Royalty-free imagery will be used by default. Should the winning organisation prefer to use paid stock images, all associated costs must be covered by the organisation.

11. Publicity & Use of Content
By entering, you grant Think Leverage permission to use your organisation’s name, story, and submitted content for promotional purposes across digital, social media, and print platforms.
The winner agrees to participate in a feature case study and share feedback during and after the project for marketing use.

12. General
Think Leverage reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any personal data collected during this competition will be used solely for administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
